Dainty little flicks or soft smoky smudges are fine and admirable, but sometimes a gal/guy just needs a bigass killer slash of eyeliner. What else is there to say? I kept my look simple with a neutral pearlescent eye, a swipe of antiqued bronze, and natural brows, and let my eyeliner do all the talking.
Products used: Too Faced Shadow Insurance eye primer, MAC Vanilla, Starflash, Sable and Antiqued eyeshadows, MAC SuperSlick liquid eyeliner in On The Hunt, Make Up For Ever 10L Bronze Aqua Eyes liner, Benefit They’re Real! mascara, Bloom clear brow gel.
- I applied Shadow Insurance from lashline to brow with my fingertip, then applied a light wash of Vanilla eyeshadow along my browbone, emphasising the inner arch of my eyebrow. Using a square flat eyeshadow brush I applied Starflash shadow across my lid, then swept Sable eyeshadow along my socketline with a small blending brush. Finally I used a stubby pencil-tipped blending brush to work Antiqued eyeshadow into the outer corner of my lid, keeping the line soft and blended.
- I swiped the bronze Aqua Eyes eyeliner pencil along my lower lashes, then applied Superslick liquid liner in a broad curved wedge shape.
- Finally I finished by curling my lashes and applying a generous coat of They’re Real! mascara on my upper lashes (get it at Adore Beauty!) and lower lashes, and set my brow with clear brow gel.
