Ah, the siren call of a grey polish addict: I have thirty grey nail polishes already, but I don’t have this exact shade of grey.
American Apparel 7th and Alameda nail polish is a slightly blueish dark charcoal grey cream. Application was a breeze with two thin coats, though I could’ve gone for one thick coat and achieved exactly the same result. Wear time, however, wasn’t that great: it chipped along the edges of my nails on the second day, and peeled in big chunks on the second and third days. I’ve had this issue with every single AA polish I’ve tried though, so if you’ve got some tips on how to make these lacquers last I’d live to hear it.
Great colour, great application, terrible wear time. Oh well!
