I’ve been playing a lot of Fallout: New Vegas lately. As much as I’m enjoying roaming around post apocalyptic Nevada with a shotgun over my arm and a cybernetic dog at my heels, I’m really enjoying spending all my time playing blackjack in the casinos. I have 10 points in luck and 200,000 bottle caps in my satchel, and I’m busting the house wide open.
Gloss ‘n Sparkle nail polish in Strip Poker
To celebrate the fact that I’m the scourge of the casinos in a nuclear ravaged desert oasis, I’ve been wearing a festive playing card themed nail lacquer from Gloss ‘n Sparkle. Strip Poker is a white jelly polish with red and matte black glitter. Unlike Unicorn Droppings it doesn’t have any holographic sparkles to distract from the nice clean black, white and red look.

Application was surprisingly painless, with just two thin coats needed for full coverage. This buries some of the glitter under a milky glaze. If you want the black and red discs to stay bright and crisp, I’d suggest doing one layer over a base coat of white polish.
Now if you’ll excuse me, a doctor, a sniper and a cybernetic dog are calling my name to play some post-apocalyptic poker…
