darling – porcelain
Porcelain nail polish by Darling is a slightly translucent white creme with no shimmers or pearls. It’s not sheer or a jelly, but is just sheer enough that it doesn’t have the hard ‘White Out’ appearance of a flat white creme. It’s also a little thinner than a regular white polish, meaning that it’s easy to work with and doesn’t go streaky or thick. It has enough opacity that you could use it for a soft-edged French tip over a sheer beige or pink. It doesn’t quite have enough oomph to work over a colourful lacquer.
Application was easy peasy: two coats and I’m done, plus it was dry to the touch within a few minutes. Simple!
