Today I swatch & review three polishes from OPI’s Touring America collection – Road House Blues, I Mainely Eat Lobster and Are We There Yet?
OPI Are We There Yet? is a slightly dusty melon with very fine, barely noticeable shimmer. Either I was having a hamhanded off day or the application on this polish wasn’t up to OPI’s recent high standards – it too three coats to get full opacity, mostly due to it leaving a few bald patches down towards my cuticles. This lacquer dried a full shade darker than in the bottle, so expect something a little more ballsy than what you see in the bottle. Definitely a cute summer mani shade though!
OPI I Eat Mainely Lobster: another day, another OPI nail lacquer to make your spellcheck go crazy. This is a rich coral with fine, barely noticeable shimmer that – again – dries a full shade darker than what you see in the bottle. This was a two coater for me.
A clean, inky-but-not-overly-black deep navy blue cream? Get on my nails, OPI Road House Blues. This was a superstar to apply – two very thin coats gave great coverage, no pulling/chunky bits/bald spots/_______. Love it.
OPI nail lacquers retail for AU$19.95 and can be found at all good nail salons, David Jones and selected spas across Australia. Polish on!

Fair trade – I’m looking at that Corrallina blush on your blog and I think I kinda really really want it. Curse you, coral/orange. I wish I could quit you.
