New Designer Series time! This time Bloom have paired up with The Society Inc‘s Sibella Court to create two shades for the next instalment of their charity nail polish collection.
Bloom – Sibella I
Short version: Sibella I looks nothing like the promo images. I was expecting a true brown-grey but in the bottle and on my nails it’s a greenish-brownish-siltish grey. Hmm.
The application was rock solid with two thin coats giving a faultless finish. I could’ve stuck with one thicker coat and honestly, no one would’ve noticed a difference.
Bloom – Sibella II
Sibella II is a bit more of a winner: a muted dirty gold metallic with a slight olive undertone. The finish was mondo brush stroke-y but a generous coat of Seche Vite dialled that down. As with Sibella I, two coats was more than enough to get full coverage.
