A sneak peek at Clinique – try saying that quickly three times. I’ve had a lovely morning at Clinique HQ playing with everything new between now and June/July, and gosh, it’s only the right thing to share a few glimpses of what you can expect on your local counter very soon.
Chubby Sticks will – finally! – be out here on the 10th of April for AU$35 each. Expect an up close and personal look at Whole Lotta Honey before then.
Speaking of finally being released, it’s time for Superbalanced Powder Makeup SP15 Mineral Rich Formula (whatta mouthful) to hit Australia. Eight shades will be available from the 20th of March for AU$68 each.
The Pore Refining range is being refined further with the Correcting Serum and Instant Perfector. I’ve used the previous incarnation of the Instant Perfector as a staple item in my kit for combating models with a bad case of Smoker’s Skin, but the updated version is a lot smoother and easier to blend into the skin. I worked it on my hand for a good five minutes and it didn’t pill or ball. I’ll confirm the release date and prices of these two smooth ’em solutions and let you know ASAP.
I’m not normally one for palettes, but the Milly For Clinique Pretty In Prints compact is like eight shades of super sweet. Four staple eyeshadows and a flattering shade of coral blush make up a surprisingly trans-seasonal compact. This was released for Spring in the US but honestly, it works just as well as a winter colour set to compliment our mild, sunny Australian winters. There’s a matching gloss as well which is just so perfect in every way, I can’t even express it in words. I’ll say the perfect pink and leave it at that.
I don’t have the price and release date handy, but I’ll follow it up.
And, last but not least…
Clinique, are you actively trying to sabotage my diet? You know a petit four glacé is like a fat girl’s Kryptonite!
