Wall of concealers, baby. In order from top to bottom:

- MAC Select Cover-Up colour corrector in Peach

- MAC Studio Finish concealer SPF35 in NW20
- MAC Studio Sculpt concealer in NW15
- MAC Select Cover-Up in NW15
- MAC Select Cover-Up in NW20
Select Cover-Up concealers are a very thin liquid cream that are nice for light coverage in areas that need minor concealing (i.e they’re nice around the sides of your nose if you’re a bit sniffly and pink) or if you have minor acne scarring that needs only a light colour veil to fix. Studio Finish is a solid but creamy full coverage concealer, perfect for dabbing onto spots. Studio Sculpt is a rock hard cream in a screwtop tub and by god, I can’t stand it. It’s too dry to blend out nicely and too solid to use with a concealer brush. Bleh.
My daily picks out of this lot are the Too Faced Herbal Eye Concealer and MAC’s Studio Finish SPF35 concealer. I can either lightly apply Studio Finish in a wiping motion for a sheer veil of colour (chin, cheeks) or pat it on when I need full coverage (spots). The Too Faced concealer is hands down the best colour correcting eye concealer I have ever, ever used. The super salmon tones in this cancel out any dark circles with only a really light application, and once I set it with little Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder it doesn’t slide or crease at all. Love it!
